2016 Head Coach Announcement

By December 7, 2015 Uncategorized No Comments

The Western Knights are delighted to announce the appointment of Trim Morgan as the Head Coach for the Senior Men’s side for 2016 and beyond.

Trim needs no introduction to many Western Knights supporters as he was a huge factor in the Knights Treble winning team of 1998, being our leading goal scorer and Fairest and Best winner. Trim also represented Canberra Cosmos in the National Soccer League, as well as Fremantle City and Inglewood United in a stellar State League career.

Trim is a highly qualified coach, holder of a FFA B Class coaching badges and is currently the Academy Director of the Mercy College Soccer Academy, the largest soccer academy in Western Australia.

With a keen eye on youth development, Trim has already begun to shape the future and the culture of the Knights beyond the upcoming season, whilst also ensuring the Knights will continue to be in the hunt for major silverware in 2016.

Shortly we will advise players of a meet and greet evening, as well as plans for pre-season beginning in early January.

Welcome back Trim!
