Experience the taste of Croatia at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle’s 17^th annual Croatian Food Festival. From 1^st to 10^th June, renowned celebrity Croatian Executive Chef Dennis Valcich, from Sydney, will prepare all of his famous signature dishes.

 The festival launches with an Opening Night on Friday 1^st June in the Atrium Garden Restaurant. Reserve your table for this wonderful evening featuring live entertainment.

 From 2^nd to 10^th June 2012 (inclusive), the Atrium Garden Restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner, with live entertainment on the weekends. Throughout the buffet festival, diners can enter the draw to WIN a Fremantle Explorer two night accommodation package and a Croatian cookbook written by Executive Chef Dennis Valcich.
